The prices for regular work are an idea for expected work and we will evaluate after a few month and adjust based on needs.

Proposal 1: Research & Strategy Audit

Develop a foundation for social media growth through in-depth research and a strategic framework. This includes identifying opportunities, optimizing presence, and planning high-level content themes.

This includes: Instagram, TikTok, Spotify (and other DSPs), YouTube, Ticketing (RA/Bandsintown/etc), Website

Audience & Platform Analysis

   •    Evaluate current audience demographics and engagement.
   •    Identify growth opportunities across platforms
   •    Audit competitors and benchmark positioning.

Brand Positioning 

   •    Define/refine brand voice and tone across platforms.
   •    Suggest content themes that align with the artist’s brand and audience.

Platform Strategy

   •    Platform-specific posting guidelines (what type of content where, and why).   

   •    Hashtag, captioning, and engagement strategies. 

   •    Growth recommendations 

Content Framwork Suggestions

   •    Recommend content categories (tour content, behind the scenes, releases, etc.). 

   •    Content calendar skeleton: frequency and types per week/month (no detailed

   •    Recommend success metrics to track growth and engagement.

Proposal 2: Ongoing monthly content planning + Holistic Brand Presence Audit

Reviewing everything in proposal 1 + plus ongoing monthly content planning support to ensure consistent, brand-aligned, and strategic output across platforms.  Includes research, content strategy, monthly planning, and brand audits for Spotify, YouTube, Google presence, and more. Ensures that all public-facing profiles work together to support visibility and growth.

Monthly Content Planning

   •    Build a detailed monthly content calendar
   •    Define daily/weekly content types and suggested posting days - once a week sit-                together
   •    Match content ideas with existing assets (tour footage, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
   •    Plan thematic campaigns (e.g., new single release buildup, fan engagement weeks).

   •    Discuss special campaigns weekly and find 

   •    Analyse old content for reposts

Creative Briefs

   •    Provide short briefs for the tour videographer to guide what footage is most useful.

   •    Review content shot on tour / for release promotion / etc and discuss optimisation 

   •    Coordinate with graphic designer / content creator what would work best forthgoing.

Review & Adjust

   •    Monthly review of analytics.
   •    Adjust content planning based on what’s performing.

Addition for a general brand presence

   •   Keep linktree up to date for best case usage

   •   Keep track of tour dates on relevant platforms (RA, Eventbrite, etc)

   •   Track Spotify For Artists for analytics and stay active for more brand support - Artist pick update, playlisting, touring

Option Add-on: Paid Social Advertising / Growth Support

Once consistent, high-quality organic content is in place and the brand ecosystem is optimized (Spotify, socials, searchability), I can support the development of a paid social strategy focused on:
  •    Boosting high-performing content
  •    Growing relevant audience segments
  •    Driving conversions (e.g., music streams, tour tickets)

 

Before we introduce paid growth strategies, we’ll focus on building out compelling, consistent organic content. Ads should amplify great content — not compensate for its absence.

Ad Strategy & Creative Direction

   •    Identify what content types are worth boosting (performance clips, tour announcements, teaser reels).
   •    Recommend campaign structure (growth vs. engagement vs. ticket sales).
