• Coordinating and aligning content with Tricky (even when feedback cycles are complex or demanding)
• Cutting and editing content for social use
• Creating graphic assets and visuals
• Photoshopping/editing images, including creative mockups or assets that didn’t originally exist
• Posting and light community management
• Platform strategy input based on performance
Release & Label Coordination
• Define/refine brand voice and tone across platforms.
• Playlist management
• Bandcamp management
• Creating and managing buy links / smart links
• Spotify for Artists pitches (track descriptions & strategic positioning)
• Preparing marketing overviews and talking points for upcoming releases
• Coordinating key marketing assets for distributor use
• Writing and organizing marketing driver documents for submission
• Communicating with the distributor to ensure all materials are received and aligned with rollout plans
• Following up with distributor to track which promotional opportunities are secured or pending
Newsletter & Email Marketing
• Writing and designing newsletters
• Scheduling and sending campaigns
• Managing the mailing list
• Reporting on performance (open/click rates, etc.)
Digital Advertising
• Creating and running ad campaigns when requested
• Targeting setup and budget planning
• Monitoring campaign performance
Project Management & Communication
• Serving as a key liaison between artist and fans, lialising with management team
• Overseeing release timelines and marketing calendars
• Regular calls with management/team, including prep and follow-up
• Ensuring delivery of all creative, logistical, and promotional materials
